I got my sons name but I am disappointed with how it has shown up on the colour I chose as you can’t read his name.
In future I would pick a solid colour.

There are so many people that have similar bags at the daycare and playgrounds. The tags are beautiful and add a charming difference to my babies bags. Love them.
The premium glitter is very disappointing. The clear acrylic background makes the laser cut name illegible. I got the letter I, but it doesn’t come with the little tabs at the end and the letter ended up looking like just a line. Paid extra for a worse result. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the money.

I sent a live chat request 3 times and they said they would get back to me. I sent an email but zero response. I ordered 4 of these, the Hugo one has no g as it just looks like two oo’s so think before you order anything with a g or o in it as the print out is not quite right. Might be better etched than hollow.

Great quality and looks great but the colour choice was very different than on the website . The blueberry milkshake looks pale blue/purple as a selection and what I received dark maroon/red
