I have two coupon codes, can I use them both?
Unfortunately you can only use a maximum of 1 coupon code per order.
How do I collect my order?
Once you have placed an order and it is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification saying your order is ready to collect, and you will be asked to book an appointment time for pickup. Upon your booking being accepted, you will recieve the pickup address. Our pickup's are contactless, with your order being placed inside a Pickup Box at the front door, prior to your arrival.
** New Terms & Conditions for Pickup Orders:
Due to a large number of uncollected orders (some dating back as far as 7 months), All pickups will need to be collected within 1 month of their order being ready for collection unless organised with myself alternatively. I cannot act as a storage facility for those who have forgotten to collect an order and have been reminded numerous times. Going forward, any pickups booked & not turned up for or cancelled at the last minute - without notifying me, will be invoiced delivery. I understand things pop up & things happen - but please contact me and let me know. If you book a pickup time and don't show up, chances are - someone else missed out on a pickup slot as you booked first.
Do you deliver?
Yes - we deliver Australia-wide. All packages are sent in Hero Packaging Biodegradable and Compostable mailers.
What is the wait time for an order?
This depends entirely on the period & the extent of work required for the order. For custom orders, a date will be decided on during quoting. Most items are already made/in stock ready for dispatch.
What happens if my order gets damaged or lost?
At time of checkout you can choose to purchase transit cover on your parcel. If your parcel then gets Lost, Damaged or Stolen in transit you can simply contact us via email. If you choose not to select transit cover, your parcel is not covered with any insurance and Milkie Co will not be held liable or compensate the buyer for any Lost, Damaged or Stolen parcels.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ask you allow up to 14 business days [unless otherwise mentioned within our website header] for processing before you order is posted out. This processing time is subject to change and may be extended during peak hours or sale times. At times, your order may be ready for dispatch within the hour.
For custom items such as the Acrylic/Mirror Keyrings, Candles, Cookies, are generally a little longer as they are made to order.
We use a combination of Australia Post and StarTrack delivery times can vary from 1-7 business days.
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Yes! We love Custom Orders. There may be a processing time of up to 10 days depending on what you are after.
