I personalised a lanyard for work and in the notes asked if it could be Harry Potter themed, specifically ravenclaw house. Not only was the request fulfilled, it matched what I had pictured perfectly. I also had direct communication from Milkie Co to ensure I had recieved it and was happy with the product.
